Methi Chicken Chicken with Fenugreek leaves

INGREDIENTS
For 1/2 kg chicken
1 bunch fresh fenugreek leaves( washed n chopped)
Oil 2 tbsp
2 big onion thinly sliced
2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp of cumin powder
2 tbsp of thick curd
2 green chili, 1 bay leaf
2 to 3 each cinnamon,green cardamom,cloves
Salt,turmeric,red chilli powder to taste
Method of Cooking:

Marinate the chicken with curd,salt,turmeric,red chili powder,cumin powder…n keep aside for 30 min.

Heat oil in a pan or kadai and add whole crushed garam masala then add sliced onions n let it brown

Add the ginger garlic paste n saute it till oil separate

Add the chopped fenugreek leaves n chicken n mix it properly then cover it for 10 min

Saute it till the chicken is done .

Lastly add garam masala powder
